Feed Those in Need Through Fogelman CARES and the Second Harvest Food Bank
As you know, Fogelman CARES has taken a special interest in Feeding America, and Nashville’s local food bank is the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. As such, I would like to provide you with some information on this great cause and how you can help. The first thing you can do is stop by the office and purchase the Fogelman CARES Cookbook. It costs $15 and all proceeds will go to benefit the food bank.
The Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee is located 14 miles away from Stewarts Ferry on Great Circle Road. They serve 46 counties and distribute 14,063,015 pounds of food a year, operating 12 shelters, 37 daycares, and more. Additionally, they do many things to help out in the area including nutrition education, preparing foods, supplying fresh produce, kid’s cafes, a grocery rescue program, and emergency food boy programs.
If you would like to contribute to this worthy cause, you can donate money by clicking here. Here is the breakdown of how you are helping:

Donation of $50 = 200 meals
Donation of $100 = 400 meals

As you can see, a little bit goes a long way, so whether you can contribute a small or large sum, go ahead and help them out. What are some ways you currently help out in the community?
