How many times have you prepared a nice salad, only to go to the fridge for some dressing that unbeknownst to you is not there. Ugh! I’m a last minute food shopper and unfortunately that occurance is not rare. Well, I think I have a new solution to that dilemma (besides keeping my cupbards packed with dressing). I just found this “do-it-yourself” dressing recipe online that uses pretty common ingredients. It sounds like it could be tasty, but I won’t know until I try it. Check it out yourself when you get a chance and let me know what you think!
